Farmers with direct selling

At S´Hortolà we refuse to lose old habits and buy directly from farmers. Consequently we offer selling directly from our harvest in two local markets ( Mercado de L’Olivar and Mercado de Santa Catalina) in the Balearic Islands.
Our project and objective is to cultivate seasonal products at a maximum. We have the best flavours and aromas because we choose products with extreme care , we are giving priority to our diversity of crops and local produce from our colleagues´ farms in our Island .

In our online shop there will be other products identified with this local product hallmark. Cultivated or manufactured in Mallorca by local farmers or local companies providing diversity and the guarantee of Km 0.

Our desire with this new sales route is to save you travel (as well as your expenses of fuel, parking, unnecessary loads, waiting times, queues or exceptional circumstances that are constantly arising, with the likely incompatibility of schedules) We want to make your life easier and guarantee the quality of your purchase! We offer you fresh products a la carte prioritizing the homegrown S’Hortolà and local products Km0, and also the best fruit and vegetables of national origin and excellent genuine tropical fruits from their country of origin.

Do you have service throughout the whole island?

We are a small family business, and our greatest desire is to be successful. Up until now we have only operated in the area of Palma.

To make it easier for you, as soon as you enter the online store there will be a message asking for your zip code, informing you immediately if we deliver to your home address or not.

Do I have to make a minimum order?

In S’Hortolà we follow the premise of respect for the environment, and we want to take maximum advantage of the journey, avoiding pollution, volume of packaging and increased costs. Therefore, the minimum order is €30.

Is there a cost for home delivery?

You can enjoy all fruit, fresh vegetables and other products from our online store, in the comfort of your home free if your order exceeds €50.
If it is below this amount, the cost of delivery will be €5.50, thereby saving time, fuel, traffic jams, parking, and queues etc.,

When do I receive my order?

In S’Hortolà we prepare each order with a lot of dedication and attention so that all the products arrive in perfect condition and with maximum freshness.
To achieve this goal, we need to focus on specific days of the week, to achieve the balance of collection of the product on the farm, its preparation and its distribution.
We have selected the following time slots and days for order and delivery:

Orders can be placed from Monday to Thursday before 13:00h. These will be delivered the next working day from Tuesday to Friday from 15:00h.
Orders placed after 13:00h Monday to Wednesday will be delivered 2 days later (Wednesday to Friday).

If you have any doubts, you don´t need to worry. When you enter the online store and input your postal code we will confirm your options and the day you will receive your order depends on the time and day that suits you.

Can I order by phone, WhatsApp or email?

The only option for now is to make your purchase via the online store.
Offering several means will only lead to problems and erroneous orders

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit/debit card, so you don´t have to worry about having cash at home.
You will pay with a maximum guarantee and a security payment platform

How do I solve a problem or any other incident, if I have already paid the total of my purchase?

If the stock or product is not in good condition or strikes or any other reason that require a return, S’Hortolà will refund the amount corresponding to the product or products that caused the incident.
